TERMS OF SERVICE
The terms that govern use of Matrix Betz content, accounts and paid memberships.

01What Matrix Betz is
Matrix Betz is an information, sports analysis, entertainment and paid-content membership service. We publish written analysis, fight breakdowns, statistical comparisons, commentary and selections ("picks") for informational and entertainment purposes.
Matrix Betz is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, betting exchange, casino, gambling operator, money services business, fiduciary, investment adviser or financial adviser. We do not accept wagers, hold or handle betting funds, place bets on your behalf, or operate any gambling platform. We are not a regulated gaming operator in Ontario or anywhere else, and nothing on this site should be read as a representation that we are.

02Eligibility and age
19+ in Ontario. You must also meet the minimum legal age and comply with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
By creating an account or purchasing access you confirm that you meet the minimum legal age that applies where you are located and that accessing paid sports-analysis content is lawful for you. Our age confirmation is a self-declaration prompt only — it does not verify your identity, age or location, and it is not an identity-verification or KYC process.
03You make your own decisions
Any wagering you choose to do is your decision alone, made with third-party sportsbooks or operators that we do not control. We are not a party to those transactions.
- No outcome, return or profit is guaranteed.
- Odds move, lines close and prices you see may no longer be available.
- Picks can and do lose. Losing runs are a normal part of the activity.
- Past performance does not guarantee or indicate future results.
- Nothing we publish is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
You are solely responsible for your stake sizing, bankroll, and for any losses you incur. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose.
04Legality in your location
The availability of this website does not mean the service, or sports wagering generally, is lawful where you live. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws that apply to you.
We may restrict, suspend or refuse access, or decline or refund a purchase, where we believe access is prohibited or where we choose not to offer the service. See our International & Jurisdiction Notice.
05Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@matrixbetz.com if you suspect unauthorised use. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
06Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Paid access is sold as a one-time Day Pass (24-hour access) or as Matrix Pro, a recurring monthly subscription. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms and any free-trial length are shown on the membership page before you purchase.
- Payments are processed by our third-party checkout provider (Whop). We do not store your full card details.
- Matrix Pro renews automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel.
- If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled before it ends.
- You can cancel at any time through your checkout provider account; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the paid period.
- We will give reasonable advance notice of any price change affecting your renewal.
Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which does not limit rights you have under consumer protection law.
07Acceptable use
- Do not redistribute, resell, republish, syndicate or share premium picks or analysis, in whole or in part.
- Do not scrape, crawl, mirror, bulk-download or use automated tools against the service.
- Do not share account access or credentials with anyone else.
- Do not circumvent paywalls, access controls or rate limits.
- Do not use the service unlawfully, abusively, or to harass staff or other members.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these rules, and unauthorised sharing may result in cancellation without refund of the remaining period where permitted by law.
08Intellectual property and licence
All content on the service — text, analysis, graphics, layout, branding and data compilations — is owned by Matrix Betz or its licensors. While your membership is active we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view and use the content for your own private, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.
Third-party names, leagues, teams and marks that appear are the property of their owners and are used for identification and commentary only.
09Third-party links and services
The service may link to sportsbooks, data providers, social platforms or other third-party sites. We do not control them, do not endorse them unless expressly stated, and are not responsible for their content, terms, pricing or conduct. Your dealings with them are between you and them.
10Availability and changes to the service
We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Content, sports coverage, features and release schedules may change. Data supplied by third-party providers may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.
11Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or profitability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Matrix Betz, its owners and personnel are not liable for gambling losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.
12Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Matrix Betz and its personnel from claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of laws applicable to you. This does not apply where such an indemnity is unenforceable under consumer protection law.
13Governing law and forum
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
This is expressly subject to mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence that cannot be waived by agreement. Nothing here removes your right to bring a claim in your local courts where the law gives you that right.
14Changes, severability and contact
We may update these terms; the version number and effective date at the top of this page change when we do, and material changes will be signalled on the site. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These terms, with the policies linked from them, are the full agreement between us.
