01Age and eligibility
19+ in Ontario. You must also meet the minimum legal age and comply with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
Our age prompt is a self-declaration and does not verify identity or age. Do not use this service, and do not bet, if you are under the minimum age where you are.
02Ground rules we ask every member to follow
- Only stake money you can genuinely afford to lose.
- Never chase losses. A losing day is not a reason to increase stakes.
- Never borrow money, use credit you cannot repay, or dip into essential funds to bet.
- Do not treat betting as income, a job, an investment or a financial plan.
- Ignore anyone — including anyone claiming to be us — who promises guaranteed returns.
- Set a budget and a time limit before an event, and stop when you reach it.
- Do not bet while stressed, angry, intoxicated or trying to fix a financial problem.
03Warning signs
- Betting more than planned, or more often than planned.
- Hiding betting activity from people close to you.
- Feeling anxious, low or irritable when not betting.
- Betting to recover money already lost.
- Betting affecting work, study, sleep, relationships or bills.
If any of these sound familiar, take a break and consider talking to a support service in your country.
04Getting support
Support and self-exclusion services exist in most jurisdictions, including free confidential helplines in Ontario and across Canada. Search for the gambling support line operating where you live, or ask your doctor or a local health service for a referral. Most sportsbooks also provide deposit limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion tools — use them.

05What we will and will not do
We publish analysis and staking guidance in units, we publish losses alongside wins, and we never claim a guaranteed, risk-free or profitable outcome. We will close the account of any member who asks us to, and we will not market to a member who has told us they are taking a break.
