REFUND & CANCELLATION
How Day Pass and Matrix Pro billing, cancellation and refunds work — in plain language.

01What you are buying
- Day Pass — CA$10 one-time: a single payment giving 24 hours of full access from the time access is granted. It does not renew.
- Matrix Pro — CA$49.99 per month: a recurring monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. Where a 3-day free trial is offered, it converts into a paid month at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
- Both give access to digital content: written analysis, breakdowns and selections. You are paying for access to the content, not for any betting outcome.
Price, billing cycle, renewal and trial terms are shown on the membership page and at checkout before you pay. Nothing about billing is hidden in fine print.
02Cancelling
You can cancel Matrix Pro at any time from your account with our checkout provider (Whop), or by emailing hello@matrixbetz.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Cancelling during a free trial before it ends prevents the first charge. The Day Pass is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel.
03Refunds
Digital content is delivered immediately, so once premium picks or analysis for a period have been viewed, that period is generally not refundable. That said, we do not operate a blanket "no refunds under any circumstances" rule. We will review requests fairly and refund where the situation warrants it.
- Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded.
- Charges after a valid cancellation are refunded.
- If the service was unavailable for a substantial part of your paid period, we will refund or credit that time.
- If you subscribe and have not accessed any premium content, tell us promptly and we will refund the current period.
- Renewals noticed shortly after they occur, with no premium content accessed in the new period, are normally refunded.
Requests are handled through the payment method used for the purchase and normally within 5–10 business days of approval. Refunds are not given because picks lost — losing selections are an expected part of the activity and no outcome is guaranteed.
04Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law, including Ontario and Canadian consumer legislation, or the law of your own country where it applies. Where a statutory right gives you a stronger remedy than this policy, the statutory right prevails.
Some jurisdictions provide a cooling-off or withdrawal right for digital content, which can be affected by immediate delivery and your consent to it. If such a right applies to you, we will honour it.
05Chargebacks and how to reach us
Please contact us before starting a chargeback — most issues are resolved faster directly. Email hello@matrixbetz.com with the email used at checkout, the date of the charge and a short description.
